I adored this quality spirulina - it’s a fine, homogeneous emerald powder! I add it to my daily smoothies (banana, apple). After a week of use, I experienced a significant boost in energy, making it much easier to rise in the morning with renewed vigour. While it has a faint smell of algae, it’s barely noticeable in a smoothie. Even my mother noticed the effects and felt stronger and calmer; it’s easier for me to fall asleep and wake up now. I will definitely order more.

My favourite spirulina! Initially, I anticipated a detox effect, but after a heavy night of drinking, I discovered that taking spirulina before bed left me feeling surprisingly refreshed the next day. Even with a hangover, drinking spirulina again in the morning and napping twice works wonders. I can’t live without it! The only challenge is the powder form; it tends to stick to my upper jaw when swallowed alone. The particles are extremely fine, making them hard to clear away. Therefore, I buy oblate to wrap it for easy consumption. Despite the green laver scent, I will continue to take spirulina.
